Emergency Service Terms

  • Emergency callout fee applies outside normal hours (5pm-8am)
  • 1-hour minimum charge for all emergency visits
  • Response time commitment: within 1 hour for emergencies
  • Additional charges may apply for bank holidays

Standard Service Terms

  • Minimum 1-hour charge for all visits
  • Payment required upon completion of work
  • Parts and materials charged separately
  • Free quotes provided for planned work

Guarantees and Warranties

  • All workmanship guaranteed for 12 months
  • Manufacturer warranties apply to new installations
  • Warranty void if unauthorized modifications made
  • Emergency repairs guaranteed for 30 days

Cancellations and Appointments

  • 24-hour notice required for cancellations
  • £30 fee for late cancellations
  • No charge for emergency cancellations
  • Appointment windows: AM (8-12) or PM (12-5)

Insurance and Liability

  • Full public liability insurance (£5m coverage)
  • Professional indemnity insurance
  • Gas Safe registered engineers
  • All work compliant with building regulations

Payment Terms

  • Payment due upon completion of work
  • Accepted methods: card, bank transfer, cash
  • Deposit required for large installations
  • Interest charged on late payments

Property Access and Safety

  • Safe access must be provided to work areas
  • Clear workspace required around plumbing
  • Right to refuse work in unsafe conditions
  • Customer responsible for valuable items

Additional Charges

  • Parking fees passed to customer
  • Waste disposal charges where applicable
  • Special equipment hire if required
  • Additional labor for complex jobs
